By accessing or using WebTug, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you use WebTug for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
THE GAME
WebTug is provided for entertainment. It may be updated, paused, or changed as the game develops. Features, difficulty, advertisements, scoring behavior, and device compatibility can change without guaranteeing that a previous version will remain available.
Scores are not money, property, or prizes. A best score is generally stored in your local browser and can be reset or lost if site data is cleared, a browser changes, or a device is replaced. WebTug does not guarantee the preservation or verification of any score.
CHALLENGE LINKS
You may use WebTug’s built-in sharing feature to invite another person to beat a score. You are responsible for choosing where and with whom you share a link. Do not use challenge links for spam, harassment, impersonation, misleading promotions, or unlawful activity.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- interfere with or overload the website or its providers;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts;
- introduce malware or use automated traffic abusively;
- bypass security, access, advertising, or technical controls;
- misrepresent an association with WebTug; or
- use the service in violation of applicable law.
CONTENT AND BRAND
The WebTug name, game presentation, code, graphics, sounds, and site content are protected to the extent provided by applicable law and may include materials owned by or licensed to the operator. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
WebTug is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by another game, studio, or franchise. You may share the normal public game and challenge links, but may not present copied site materials as your own product or brand.
ADS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
WebTug may display advertising or link to third-party websites and services. Those services control their own content, availability, data practices, and terms. An advertisement does not necessarily mean that WebTug endorses the advertiser, product, or claim.
NO WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebTug is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or suitable for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so part of this section may not apply to you.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebTug’s operator and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, scores, opportunities, or profits arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
CHANGES AND CONTACT
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.
